Efe Obada, a defensive end for the Washington Commanders, suffered several lower leg fractures on Sunday and underwent surgery for them.
The athlete was taken off the field during the New York Giants game that was played yesterday.

Efe Obada suffers ‘multiple fractures’

The defensive end has underwent surgery last night after he is confirmed to have suffered from multiple lower leg fractures, according to Ben Standig.

The defensive end is from Nigeria and was raised in England.

The 31-year-old joined the NFL after playing in the European football league.

He joined the Washington Commanders in 2022.

Chase Young was recently traded by the Commanders.
Defensive end Chase Young was recently traded by the Commanders to the San Francisco 49ers in return for a third-round compensation pick.

Additionally, the team traded Montez Sweat to the Chicago Bears last month in exchange for a 2024 second-round pick.
