Penn State and Michigan State are other programs that have offered, along with Louisville, Iowa State, Duke, West Virginia, and Indiana. Ryan Day watched Bernhard throw recently, but the Buckeyes haven’t made a scholarship offer.

That’s the one thing that could change this recruitment. However, Steve Wiltfong and Ethan McDowell of On3.com have each projected the Michigan Wolverines to land Bernhard. Michigan football has a 96 percent chance to win his commitment according to the On3 recruiting prediction machine.

There are no crystal ball projections from 247 Sports but Michigan football is the only program listed as “warm” so it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Wolverines end their commitment drought with Bernhard.
