Report: Supposed sign-stealer from Michigan spotted on the sidelines during a Big Ten match
On November 26, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio, USA, Jim Harbaugh, the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines, observes the NCAA football game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Ohio Stadium from the sidelines next to off-field analyst Connor Stalions, on the right.
According to a story on ESPN on Tuesday, Central Michigan officials are looking through images that may show Connor Stalions, the Michigan employee at the center of a possible sign-stealing controversy, wandering the sidelines during the season opener against Michigan State.
Amy Folan, the athletic director at Central Michigan, said ESPN via a prepared statement that the institution became aware of the images on Monday evening. According to the claim, the man in the photos, who resembles Stalions, is standing on the sidelines wearing Central Michigan gear and a bench credential.
He can enter parts of the sidelines that are designated for players and particular staff personnel, like as coaches, thanks to his pass.
