Cowboys offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer described him as “just amazing.” Even when he is doubled (getting open), you can see some of the things he does at the line of scrimmage, such as releasing. Maybe he doesn’t even need to practice. Tyron Smith could be better suited just playing on Sundays and not training at all, or very little, given his history of injuries. In response, Smith has been playing some of his finest ball. When Prescott isn’t always concerned about who is coming around the corner, his job is much simpler. The depth of Dallas’ offensive line is a problem. Tyler Smith, a left guard, is the next best option at left tackle. When the two Smiths are lining up together, the Cowboys are obviously superior.
