Tennessee’s Vanderbilt injury report
The injury report for Tennessee’s final regular-season game versus Vanderbilt.

Injuries are part of football at every level, and Tennessee has had a challenging season on that front with the list of sidelined players piling up heading into Saturday’s regular-season finale against Vanderbilt at Neyland Stadium (3:30 p.m., SEC Network). In addition to several other key absences, the 21st-ranked Vols were shorthanded on the offensive line and in the secondary for last week’s game against Georgia, and they again could have depleted lineups there and elsewhere against the two-win Commodores. Tennessee won’t officially reveal its list of unavailable players against Vanderbilt until pregame, but GoVols247 will prepare you with its (unofficial) injury report the day before the game.

Tennessee closing practices during the season and head coach Josh Heupel generally declining to get into many specifics regarding injuries or potential absences combine to make tracking who might play and who might not play a little more complicated. So this exercise won’t be perfect, but we’ll do our best to keep tabs on players whose statuses are worth monitoring – of course, there’s always the chance something could pop up on game day, as has happened already this season. Again, official word from Tennessee will come early Saturday afternoon ahead of kickoff, and pregame warmups also could reveal who is and isn’t available.
