Paul Momirovski was given immediate freedom.
The Sydney Roosters confirmed today that Paul Momirovski has been released from his last year of contract to join English Super League club Leeds Rhinos.
Momirovski made his NRL debut with the Roosters in 2018 after progressing through the club’s Pathway Program. He spent 24 of his 60 NRL games (2018, 2022-23) with the Roosters.
He also played 11 NRL games for Wests Tigers in 2019, six for Melbourne Storm in 2020, and 19 for Penrith Panthers in 2021, including the NRL Grand Final.
“Paul is not only a talented footballer, but also a very good person, and we’d like to thank him for his contributions to the Roosters, from lower grades to the NRL.” “Paul departs with our best wishes for the future,” Roosters CEO Joe Kelly said.
