One of the players Leeds United sent out on loan in the summer transfer window was Jack Harrison, who moved to Everton.

In mid-August, Everton signed Jack Harrison from Leeds United on a season-long loan deal.

Harrison was recovering from a minor hip injury at the time.

Over the years, the 26-year-old has been superb for Leeds.

The winger helped Leeds win promotion from the Championship and then did well for the West Yorkshire club in the Premier League.

I was not surprised at all when Everton signed Harrison on a loan deal.

While it would have been great for Leeds to have the winger in their squad this season, I could not see him playing in the Championship after being so successful in the Premier League.

So, to hear that Harrison is doing relatively well at Everton at the moment does not come as a surprise to me at all.

The former Manchester City prospect has recovered from his injury issues.

The former New York City FC winger played for Everton in the EFL Cup in midweek and made his Premier League debut for the Toffees on Saturday.

Everton lost to Luton Town 2-1 at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Saturday.

Harrison came on as a substitute at half time.

The local Everton media was impressed by the display produced by the Leeds-owner winger.

LiverpoolWorld rated Harrison’s performance 7 out of 10 and noted: “Added more craft off the bench on his Goodison debut.”

The Liverpool Echo gave Harrison 6 out of 10 and observed: “Brought on for his Everton Premier League debut at the start of the second half, he offered a bit of purpose cutting inside on his left from the right wing.”

During his time on the pitch at Goodison Park, Harrison played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 88.9%, took 25 touches, made two tackles, one interception and one clearance, and put in six crosses.
