The Springboks recently confirmed the departure of Steven Kitshoff, a key player, as he is set to return to the Stormers after being released early from his contract with Ulster. Kitshoff, who joined Ulster following the 2023 Rugby World Cup, had originally signed a three-year deal but both parties mutually agreed to an early exit due to financial issues and management changes at Ulster. He will rejoin the Stormers ahead of the 2024/25 season, where he previously played a significant role in leading them to the URC title in 2022.
