Private Conversation Between Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Christie Sides Turning Heads
The Indiana Fever have settled in following a brutal 1-8 start. They currently sit at 7-11 on the season and are just outside the playoff picture.
Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston have played well during the team’s recent 6-3 stretch. That hasn’t stopped head coach Christie Sides from receiving her share of criticism from fans.
On Tuesday, video of a conversation between Clark, Boston and Sides during a recent practice session went viral on X/Twitter.
As you can see, the three appear to be discussing something X and O-related.
Video of this interaction has sparked some dialogue on X/Twitter.
“This made it seems that they were coaching Sides,” one fan said.
“I feel that they were going through one of the last plays on the Chicago game when AB shot the three point play,” another added.
“They may need to draw pictures for Sides,” a third person joked.
“They’re begging her to bench [Kristy] Wallace but she’s not listening,” another person said.
“Free them,” a fifth fan chimed in.
Despite any outside complaints, it doesn’t seem like Sides is going anywhere for now. The second-year head coach will have some more time to get the Fever on track, starting with tomorrow night’s game against the Seattle Storm.
The Fever and Storm will tip off at 10 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime Video.
