The New York Giants enter another offseason of uncertainty as they look to lock up a top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

What they will do this offseason relies heavily on whether the current regime stays intact, but there are a handful of players whose futures with the team are likely determined.

One of those players could be edge rusher Azeez Ojulari, a former second-round pick in the final year of his rookie contract.

While the front office likes Ojulari enough to hold him through the trade deadline, he could be looking for greener pastures in free agency this offseason.

According to Matt Holder of Bleacher Report, the Green Bay Packers could be a fit for the former Georgia Bulldog.

“Outside of Rashan Gary, Green Bay hasn’t gotten much production from its edge rushers this season. It was somewhat surprising to see the front office not add another pass-rusher to complement Gary at the trade deadline, opting to trade Preston Smith instead,” Holder wrote.”So, the organization should look into signing Ojulari in the offseason as he’s been productive in 2024 with six sacks in 11 games while only making five starts on New York’s deep defensive line. Plus, the 24-year-old who turns 25 in June is a young, high-level athlete, which GM Brian Gutekunst covets at the position

Ojulari wound up having to step up into a bigger role for a chunk of the season after Kayvon Thibodeaux spent over a month on the Reserve/Injured list.

In 46 career games (30 starts), Ojulari has recorded 22.0 sacks, 21 tackles for loss and 37 quarterback hits.

If the Giants decide to go cheaper at the edge rusher position this offseason, Ojulari very well could be looking to join a contender like Green Bay.
