Moody played one season at Arkansas, where John Calipari now coaches. He averaged 16.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game as a freshman leading the Razorbacks to the NCAA’s Elite Eight. After the season’s end, he declared for the NBA draft and was selected 14th overall by Golden State.

Although Moody became an NBA champion in 2022, he has not had consistent playing time in the league. He agreed to a $39 million, three-year deal with the franchise on Sunday.
