The Top Football Prospects in the Nation Are Observing Auburn’s Football Recruitment Efforts
It’s astounding how many top prospects are seriously considering Auburn.
CARROLLTON, Georgia: Upon reviewing all of the notes, prospect interviews, and player discussions, it is evident that the Tigers are among the top teams on the recruiting trail.
The Under Armour Atlanta Camp served as the deciding factor in our decision. Eight verbal commitments have already been obtained by the Tigers for their 2025 recruiting class, which Rivals currently ranks seventh. A strong beginning serves as a predictor of future events.
John Garcia, Jr., a national recruiting analyst for the Rivals, wrote the following about Tavaris Dice, a key offensive line target for Auburn:
Auburn may be the program’s choice if it comes to standing out among other programs in a crowded field. Few programs have had Dice as a guest as AU has; in fact, he was on campus to begin the month of February.”
I agree with Garcia and numerous other recruitment experts regarding Dice, having worked at the Under Armour Camp. Regarding a number of candidates who attended Under Armour, the statement is accurate.
I have already written about the top recruits Auburn may be able to sign, including Under Armour’s Akylin Dear, Alvin Henderson, KJ Lacey, and others. To be honest, I haven’t even finished learning what I have from UA Atlanta. Auburn should be happy with that.
This is the starting point for Auburn recruiting, based on what prospects have told me firsthand and my knowledge of the recruiting environment in the areas where Auburn signs the majority of its recruits—Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida.
I’m optimistic about the Tigers’ current situation at running back with both Dear and Henderson, even though quarterback recruiting is still up in the air. Since they are all outstanding prospects, Auburn will most likely sign at least one of them.
